This policy applies to people visiting the website and using the contact form or the recruitment path.
Purposes and legal bases
Data submitted through the form is used to reply, to take action at the request of the person making contact and — if the matter concerns careers — to run the recruitment process.
Technical data may be processed to keep the website secure and working properly, to handle errors and to prevent abuse. The legal basis is taking action at the user’s request, consent where applicable, a legal obligation or the controller’s legitimate interest.
Data collected and retention
The form collects your name, phone number, email address, topic, preferred contact method and message. Please do not send account details, income or debt information, documents or other particularly sensitive information through the form.
Data is kept only for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry or recruitment, to meet legal obligations or to defend against claims.
Recipients and tools
Data may be entrusted to hosting, email and IT system providers only to the extent necessary for the website to work. The form uses the Resend service or, where direct delivery is not configured, the Spoko Finanse form relay. Both are used solely to deliver messages to the controller’s inbox.
The office map in the footer is displayed from OpenStreetMap. When the map loads, OpenStreetMap receives your IP address and basic technical information about your browser; the website does not pass on any other data.
The website does not currently use advertising tools, Meta Pixel, Google Analytics or third-party chat.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to your data, its rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and to object or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.
Cookies and changes
The website may use cookies that are technically necessary. Introducing additional analytics or marketing would require an update to this policy and an appropriate consent mechanism.
This policy is reviewed periodically and updated as the website’s features change. Last updated: 14.09.2026.
